Philip J. Byers practices Family Law in Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, and Worcester Counties and concentrates in: Divorce, Contested and Uncontested, Child/Spousal Support, Removal/Relocation out of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Cohabitation Agreements, Contempts, and Grandparent Visitation Rights. He has also been successful in Single Justice Petitions in the Appeals Court. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Since 1990 and has served as a panelist for Suffolk University Advanced Legal Studies. He has co-authored several Amicus Curiae Briefs on behalf of the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, including Blixt and Champagne.
